Welcome to the 30-minute STRONG program. If you are looking for 30-minute strength workouts that will strengthen your full body these workouts are the perfect challenge for you. The workouts are set up to take only 30 minutes and can be done at the gym or modified for home workouts as well. (If you need dumbbell-only workouts see my 4-week dumbbell program). My name is Jill Griffiths and I am a Elite Spartan Athlete, Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, mountain runner and a mom of 3. In my app I will be sharing new weekly strength workouts (upper, lower, full body & conditioning) as well as specific training workouts such as running workouts, Grip & Core challenges, spartan obstacle training and obstacle info, my Full Body Fit 4 week programs and weekly nutrition too! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
