This 4-week Strength Revival workout is designed to build your muscle and burn fat. This program focuses on strength, functional strength, and metabolic conditioning. Each week you will complete 4 workouts, alternating between upper and lower body days. Each workout has an optional metabolic conditioning section designed to burn body fat all while testing strength. Make sure to warm up thoroughly and cool down with stretching after each workout! Get ready to gain strength while igniting fat loss as you move through this 4 week program.
