This app comes with so many handy features. 

The first being 1v1 contact with myself or my sister. You can leave comments on workouts (which we work hard to get back to almost every single one). 

You can also directly message me any questions, comments, or concerns you may have. 
 This is such a fun feature because I really get to know YOU and support you in your journey that much better. 

There is also built in timers for movements that are time based. 

Coming soon, there is a feature to track your weights and reps!

For workouts that are temporary, but you want to keep forever or use when you do not have access to wifi, there is a download option. 
 These workouts will be saved to a download folder under your account profile. 

You also have the opportunity to curate your own programs and collections of workouts that are your favorites. 

When you favorite a workout, it will be saved to your favorites folder. This folder holds all the workouts that you love in one place.
