My legs are junk. I might have to take a break before I start this over again. My knees are killing. Love these workouts though

Dear God. . . These workouts are totally killer. Short and effective = perfection. You are the only fitness coach I've ever stuck with. Thank you so much for the workouts, the chats and everything. Can't wait to kick butt when I am back. Two more days or workouts. 😬
