Oh Lord. This is brutal. Hard time getting my balance for the single deadlift and lunge. Week.

Dear God . . . .my legs are like jello. Yikes. Side lunges never feel right. Not sure why. Like I'm not doing them right. Good workout. Sweat dripping.
