Med ball jump squats

- Stand a few inches in front of the box
- Press hips back, lower down and jump on top of the box
- Land softly on the box
- Complete the movement by standing up tall before stepping down with one foot at a time

Box jumps

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Jump and land in a lunge stance
- With both knees bent at 90 degrees
- Jump switching your feet in mid air
- Keep your chest up

Jumping lunges

Warmup - 3X: 5 Box Jumps, 15 Med Ball Jump Squats, 20 Lunges

- Stack your shoulders hips and heels over each other
- Maintain stability and lower down slowly
- Don't allow yourself to lean forward, keep your chin and eyes up
- Press up through your heels

Take a couple warmup sets then:
5 @ 60%
5 @ 65%
4 x 5 @ 72%

Front squat

Pause Front Squat

- Sit on the machine with the pad at the bottom of your shin 
- Extend your legs engaging your quads 
- Pause at the top and lower slowly

Leg extensions

- Sit in a hamstring curl machine adjusted to you
- Curl the weight with your hamstrings slow and controlled
- Pause at the bottom
- Slowly return to staring position

Seated hamstring curl

- Work for time, distance, or calories
- Increase speed as comfortable

10 x 20 cal @ 80% effort. 1 min rest after each set

Sauna was killer, ice bath + hop in the snow in PC was even better.

Good way to loosen up.  Pretty stiff from the day before, feel great now.

Only managed 6 box over burpees in 30 secs, but that was destructive enough 😂 and assisted pull-ups...my nemesis...could barely do 5x 10 reps and that was it. Doing my best here 🥺
