Min 1: 20 Jumping Jacks. Remainder of min, rest 
Min 2: 10 Push-Ups
Min 3: 16 Jumping Lunges
Min 4: 30-45 sec plank
Min 5: rest

then 

5 Rounds 

Jump rope for one minute, single or double unders 
Plank for one minute

Jumping Jacks

- From a push up position
- Bend elbows to lower body down until chest touches the floor 
- Keeping a neutral spine and core tight
- Straighten elbows to press body back up

Push Ups

- Start with a shoulder width stance
- Jump and land in a lunge stance
- With both knees bent at 90 degrees
- Jump switching your feet in mid air
- Keep your chest up

Jumping Lunges

- Start in a plank position
- Keep your core engaged

Plank Hold

- Amazing cardio piece 
- Single jumps, make it faster or slower depending on your pace and what your heart rate is telling you

Jump Rope

- One jump and two spins with the rope
- Flick in the wrist, a little bit faster

Double Unders

Great. Just some feedback the timer could be used where it allows a work time and rest time so that the sets can be continuous instead of always trying to hit the time button. The videos are great maybe more insight on how exactly the workout should be followed. These are amazing workouts and really challenges my abilities. Thank you.
