Was just thinking to do one workout a day all the way from day 1 to day 20 respectively. Today was supposed to be day 11 but I heard that you said that you got to separate yourself from the others so I challenged myself to do two more workouts that you recommend for day 11's challenge which is this workout and under drag workout. I really like the anchored steps workout though because it helped me with my change of directions.
