This is the first time I’ve ever tried intermittent fasting religiously (eating window 1pm-8pm) and now only two and a half weeks in I’ve dropped another 10 lbs. What’s more impressive is that I seem to be losing the weight in my midsection which is usually the last place I notice it. I think tjis is in part due to the fact that the daily leg work is strengthened my legs to the point that I run faster and farther each session. In any case, I’m really thankful for the program πŸ™πŸΌ Keep it coming.
