This is the first time Iโ€™ve ever tried intermittent fasting religiously (eating window 1pm-8pm) and now only two and a half weeks in Iโ€™ve dropped another 10 lbs. Whatโ€™s more impressive is that I seem to be losing the weight in my midsection which is usually the last place I notice it. I think tjis is in part due to the fact that the daily leg work is strengthened my legs to the point that I run faster and farther each session. In any case, Iโ€™m really thankful for the program ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ Keep it coming.
