I did a mistakeeee!! but a good one! When I reread the Day 30 challenge, I just realized that I have to choose a 30 min workout from the home workout section and yet I initially did a different set of workouts from the Abs workout!!! 🤣🤣 so brilliant of me lol. I said on the previews feedback that I'm already sore, and now? I don't know, I'm sooo beyond being sore!!! My knees and arms are shaking LOL today is a great day! I'll be seeing my friend later whom I have never seen for 9 years now. Now I gotta have my breakfast so to sleep right after. I take a bath before working out as I will also be taking a bath after waking up. Lmao Do I sound weird? 🤣
