I'm not a meditation person, but I've been ill and haven't been able to practice yoga or workout consistently in about a month. Today was my first time trying to do a workout and I was being very harsh with myself for not being able to finish. This was a great way to remind myself to take the time for self appreciation and to allow myself to heal without frustration.
