Hi there! I’m Christina, and I’m a total yoga nerd! I left the corporate world after 7 years to pursue my passion of teaching yoga, and now I’m living life more joyfully and authentically. I discovered yoga while serving overseas on a military deployment, and it was my saving grace. I learned everything I could learn about it, enrolling in yoga teacher training at my first opportunity. I completed my 200 hour certification in 2017, and finished my 500 hour certification in 2020. My approach to teaching yoga is all about the WHY - I want you to understand the science and reasoning of what you are doing. My programs are created to empower you to take ownership of your physical, mental, and spiritual health through sustainable wellness habits. I use yoga and mindset coaching to build strength, stability, and mobility to support you in everyday life. Can’t wait to see you on the mat!

Goals

My mission with yoga is to help you build functional strength safely, to sculpt lean muscle and stabilize your bone structure. Each class is structured to warm up your muscles, move into the more challenging work slowly, and then stretch everything out at the end. My mindset chats are geared toward your brain, thought patterns, and self-limiting beliefs. My goal is to give you tools, mindfulness tips, and strategies to increase your self-esteem, self-worth, and self-love!

Training Requirements

You can do these flows from the comfort of your home, but these are the props I recommend having on hand to practice with me: - Yoga mat - 2 yoga blocks - Strap/belt - Blanket
