This yoga class is all about the heart chakra, located in the center of your chest. We’re going to practice beautiful heart openers, to include stretching beside and back of your torso as well. Pay special attention to your breath during this class.

We’ll finish with a sweet loving-kindness meditation.

Chakra Challenge Day 6 - FOCUS 💜

My favorite was the fish pose and chanting at the end. I was able to really get a good stretch and meditate about why at times I hold back. I made a commitment to speak my truth and stop holding back while being conscious of my words.

that was so calming... visualizing the energy exchange between the ground and my feet/body was so good. I just kept that picture in my mind.

This guided Root Chakra class was easy to follow and was exactly what my body and mind needed. Looking forward to Day 2!

Christina this was exactly what I needed! You made me laugh and really let go of all the tension I was carrying in my body. I walked away feeling rooted!
