Hold dumbbells by your side. Weight in the stable foot. Keep the legs somewhat close together to help with balance.

Dumbbell curtsy lunge

Get into a lunge. Explode up and switch your feet.

Plyo lunges

Superset 1

Weight in heels. Keep your chest proud. Send the hips back and down to the bench. Squeeze your glutes back to the top.

Bodyweight box squat

Hold the dumbbells at your side. Get your foot all the way on the bench. Slowly and controlled step up to the top. Slow return down.

Dumbbell bench step ups

Superset 2

Feet wider than hip distance. Toes slightly turned out.  Keep your chest proud as you lower down. Squeeze the glutes to the top.

Dumbbell sumo squat

Flex your feet on the ball. Push your hips up. Squeeze your core. Keep your hips lifted; don’t let your butt sink down.

Stability ball hamstring roll outs

Superset 3

Banded abductions

Band just above the knees. Push through the heels. Send the hips all the way up. Be careful not to let your hips drop down (don’t arch your back).

Banded glute bridge

Superset 4

Hinge at the hips as you swing the dumbbell between your legs. Use the power from your hips to send the dumbbell back up.

Dumbbell swing

Hold the dumbbells at your side. Step back keeping the weight in the front heel. Be sure your back leg gets to 90°

Dumbbell reverse lunge
