Dumbbell across your hips. Drive through your heels and push your hips to the top. Be careful not the let your back arch - keep your hips upward.

Dumbbell glute bridge

Dumbbell squat to press

Hinge at the hips as you swing the dumbbell between your legs. Use the power from your hips to send the dumbbell back up.

Dumbbell swing

Dumbbells on shoulders. Step laterally. Be sure to focus on the downward movement of the lunge once you step out. Be careful not to keep moving to the side after you step. Are you sure you step out wide enough - further than hip distance.

Dumbbell lateral lunge

Flex your feet on the ball. Push your hips up. Squeeze your core. Keep your hips lifted; don’t let your butt sink down.

Stability ball hamstring roll outs

Band just above the knees. Push through the heels. Send the hips all the way up. Be careful not to let your hips drop down (don’t arch your back).
