Feet wider than hip distance. Toes slightly turned out.  Keep your chest proud as you lower down. Squeeze the glutes to the top.

Dumbbell sumo squat

On all four. Keep a flat back/tight core. Flex the foot and send it up to the sky. Complete the reps/time PER SIDE

Donkey kick

Feet hip width apart. Drive through the heels and send the hips to the top.
