It’s getting better all the time! 🤗 Although I could not fully keep up with you, I am noticing so much progress since the beginning. More strength, more control and much more confidence! Two questions: In the tuck jump/float. Do you keep your gaze steady and where do you look at? Also, I am not sure if and to what degree I should tilt my pelvis. I am still afraid of falling because I have not much space in my room and no real exit strategy. Will there be another video about that? Because I think I couldn’t do a somersault from there. 🤔 Thank you so much for this program! It’s awesome!
