Day 1 focuses on shoulder mobility preparing for the handstand as well as shoulder recovery for after handstand training. It will also discuss the straight line and neutral spine in a handstand.

It was great. My shoulders feel good. I’m proud to say my mobility isn’t so bad. I’m gonna take a pic of my posture for reference to later days of the program.
