Day 2 focuses on wrist mobility that you can practice both before and after your handstand training. It will also look at strengthening the hands and grip, and take a brief look at hand placement in your handstand.

Sweet! I loved the hand/wrist strengthening exercises. Got my hand muscles and forearms pumped. Especially loved the last movement. Rolling out the forearms, elbow to wrist on a sharp edge. This is going to help me excel with my drumming as well. Very excited about that. Thank you.
