In day 18 you we attempt to float forward into a Pike position with legs straight. We also continue with our pressing using the bent arm technique from straddle to Pike pike.

Great, but it's getting too advanced for me. I don't have that kind of core strength or balance yet. But I'll finish the videos and go spinal flexibility next.
