Day 11 will demonstrate your hollowbody shape and L-shape as you practice beginner entries to handstand with the L-kick to One legged tuck as well as your L-kick to L-shape (one legged pike).

When I was practicing with my L shape with feet up against the wall, I realized it would be good for me to just hang out there. I got one free handstand wherei felt I hit it momentarily. So they was nice
