Day 10 will demonstrate drills that aid your tucking position for handstand by working with spinal compressions. You will also finish by attempting to float forward into a crow position.

I can do down dog to floating OK but find it much harder to do down dog and float to crow. A bit more direction would be helpful. I will be more patient!
