Complete 4 rounds: :60 Hard Effort Activity :60 Easy Effort Activity C. 20 min Walk Outside Positional Parasympathetic Breathing A.Move through movements at a comfortable pace, rest as needed B. Acceptable activities could include running, bike, swim, row or ski erg. Look to push HR here. C. Take ample rest between A and B so that you are able to complete 20 minutes of consecutive aerobic activity. Think Zone 2 here, as in you could carry on a conversation while performing this portion of todays training day.
