Upper Body Warm Up

Good thing I was outside in chilly weather I was 🥵🥵🥵

Great day 1! I don’t have my weights yet so I used my large wine bottle (it was hilarious) but the first thing I saw to use. Doing it solo, just texted my sisters to get them to join in. I loved it!

I love the play by play steps, I don’t have to think about my next move just watch. Going back to the warm up, I know it’s simple but I loved the big circles when you bring your hands together & squeeze, I’ve never been told to do that and I loved that extra touch. Thanks royals, you killed it today!

Great stretch! I had trouble with the app working but after asking for help it was a quick fix and I got to get day 2 in! Puppy pose is my favorite!

So good!! I definitely needed that stretch today and these were so relaxing!

This full body swinging, rowing, snatching madness was SO MUCH FUN. I really dig the simplicity & intensity of these last few workouts! 
Never stop talking queen, I love the commentary, the tips, & honestly it’s very distracting in the best way possible bc I’m always in my head but during these workouts I’m in YOUR HEAD. Sounds creepy, but you know what I mean.

Upper body was a perfect balance of movements, tough & simple to move through.
On a personal level, I feel more of an ease in my body getting into these movements. It’s the beginning of week 4, I feel physically stronger & mentally happier.

Favorite stretch so far. I could feel myself sinking into it. You know when stretches are really yummy? That was this.

Loved this one and getting so much stronger!

Lady!! I was able to get all the way to the ground (on my knees) for the push ups! I was so surprised!

Queen! This workout proved my knees are getting stronger! My balance was better, I went deeper into bends than I've been able to do in a hot minute! Thank you so much!

Used my headstand chair for my bench/step today! You can use these workouts anywhere, including an RV! 👏🏼

I love the single leg reps! Also single leg step-up after hip thrusts was brutal! 😅❤️ Loved it!

Wow. That was challenging but SO rewarding. 
Planks are my enemy but like you said, it’s a movement I need to spend more time in & strengthen. As hard as it was, I did it. I’m incredibly proud of myself and how strong my body is becoming.

Proud of myself for finally sticking to a workout. You both make it so easy to show up for myself by the energy you bring. Body weight is more challenging than you think it will be 😅

Circled back to this stretch, I’m going to be in the car all day and this helped gently wake my body up!
