Weight training 3x times per week alternating with 2 days of stretching
How will I get the best results?
Get good sleep (7-9 hours) Dedicated nutrition regimen that includes wholesome, natural ingredients Drink lots of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days (stretching) to allow muscles to recover

This full body swinging, rowing, snatching madness was SO MUCH FUN. I really dig the simplicity & intensity of these last few workouts! Never stop talking queen, I love the commentary, the tips, & honestly it’s very distracting in the best way possible bc I’m always in my head but during these workouts I’m in YOUR HEAD. Sounds creepy, but you know what I mean.

I restarted the program because I ended up taking a vacation with my family, so I stopped after week 2. It feels good to be back! I’ve missed these workouts for sure.
