Meet Visar! My husband is well versed in strength training, so he agreed to round out some Nomi Workouts with a new style here on my app: circuits!
Each week we will choose 5 exercises focusing on specific areas of the body. Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays will be for toning and Tuesdays and Thursdays will be for stretching.
Follow Visar for advanced options, follow Bailey for modifications. You get to choose which style works best for you for each workout! Completely and totally customized to YOU.
At the end, stay for our “CHALLENGE”. We’ll be doing partner challenges that will be sure to make you laugh. Try them with a partner, or grab your popcorn and watch!
