Great lower body workout. Definitely NOT full body. My upper body wasnโt targeted at all. These are all lower body workouts. But really good lower body circuits ๐๐ป๐๐ป

Just finished the booty challenge and I loved it! I noticed the biggest difference in my whole body not just booty. Canโt wait for next challenge!!
