I loved the workouts and the progression with the moves. I felt stronger and found a happy balance with my cut in macros. My mind wanted to question everything, if it was working etc. but I knew when I did Aubrie's workouts, I could feel the difference. Turns out a lot can happen in 30 days.

Some of my programs and workouts require equipment but many are only bodyweight. Equipment is recommended for the best experience, but not required.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym membership is not required with the app. A lot of the workouts can be done right at home (or at the gym, if you prefer).
