- Bringing you knees up to your chest take four steps forward then four backwards 
- Repeat

Traveling High knees

- Raise chest and core off the ground 
- In a figure 8 motion, pass the dumbbell from hand to hand, weaving it under your legs

Figure 8’s

- Perform a shoulder press with two dumbbells in each hand 
- Hold arms in extended shoulder press above head
- Engage Core
- Alternating between legs, slow & controlled lift one leg up to a 90° then lower back down
- Repeat on other leg 
* 10 reps each side

Marches

Circuit 1

- Bring your knee towards your opposite elbow
- Repeat on the opposite side 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable
* 15 reps per side

Cross Body Mountain Climbers

- Lying face up with knees bent and feet flat on floor
- Hold hands up by your head
- Curl head and shoulders off the floor engaging core
- Twist, brining your elbow towards your opposite knee at the top
- Return to starting position under control
- Repeat twisting to the other side

Sit up + Rotation

- On the ground, with your legs and chest lifted
- Continuously tuck one knee and the opposite elbow 
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Sprinter sit-ups

Circuit 2

- Sit into a squat position 
- As you raise, use your core to lift one of your legs to at least a 90° angle 
- Return to your starting position and repeat to the opposite side

Squat to High Kick

- Lay on the floor with legs wide and hands up by your head
- Engage your core to lift your body off the floor
- When you’ve reached a full sitting position, slowly roll back down to a lying position

Sit ups

- Start in a modified plank position with legs bent
- Rotate to one side and kick the bottom leg through
- Repeat both directions

The first set said 1rep. Which I thought was weird. I ended up doing 10. Loved the routine though.

Only did three sets because it took much longer than the 5 minutes but I would have done more if I had time. I felt like the use of the exercise ball targeted dipper core muscles.
