- Pull your knee toward your chest while rotating your upper torso 
- Bring your opposite elbow to your knee 
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Focus on engaging your core

* 15 reps per side

Bicycle Crunches

- Lay on your back on a bench with your hands overhead to grip bench 
- Raise your legs off the until they are straight up 
- Lower them back towards the ground

Bench Leg Lifts

- Lay on the ground with knees bent the soles of your feet together
- Come up and touch your feet
- Go back in a controlled motion 
- Engage your core

Butterfly sit up

Circuit 1

- Elbows under shoulders and hands out front
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

Plank

- For this exercise, you'll bring the opposite elbow to the opposing knee.
- Lie down on a mat.
- Slowly roll up and breathe out.
* 15 each side

Cross Crunch

-Sit on your butt with your hands firmly on the ground behind you 
-Extend your body into a reverse plank position
-Alternate lifting knees up to your chest

*10 reps each leg

Reverse Plank Crunches

The first set said 1rep. Which I thought was weird. I ended up doing 10. Loved the routine though.

Only did three sets because it took much longer than the 5 minutes but I would have done more if I had time. I felt like the use of the exercise ball targeted dipper core muscles.
