- Lay on the ground with knees bent the soles of your feet together
- Come up and touch your feet
- Go back in a controlled motion 
- Engage your core

Butterfly sit up

- Start in a plank position 
- Drive your knees towards your chest one at a time back and forth 
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

- For this exercise, you'll bring the opposite elbow to the opposing knee.
- Lie down on a mat.
- Slowly roll up and breathe out.
* 15 each side

Cross Crunch

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor and straighten them out 
- Rotate dumbbell from side to side

*10 reps per side

Dumbbell extended russian twist

- Bring your elbows down to the ground 
- Keep your core engaged
- Try not to move your hips back and forth 
- Extend one arm then the other

The first set said 1rep. Which I thought was weird. I ended up doing 10. Loved the routine though.
