Cinnamon Roll Oats
INGREDIENTS:
200 g (2 c) rolled oats
12 oz (2 c) unsweetened almond milk
1 egg
1 large banana, mashed
4 scoops Cinnamon Cookie Batter Level-1 Protein (or protein of choice)
4 Tbsp fat free cream cheese
1 Tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 c sugar-free maple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat your oven to 375. In your baking dish, mash your banana well. Add your egg, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well. Next, add your oats, level-1 protein and almond milk. Mix well. After mixing, dollop cream cheese throughout the top of the oats. This will act as your creamy “icing.” Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until the oats are formed and cooked through. Cut evenly into 4 pieces and reheat throughout the week to enjoy.
