Ingredients:
160 g rolled oats
30 g shredded coconut
30 g sugar free chocolate chips
20 g chopped almonds
4 scoops chocolate collagen w/ dermaval (or protein powder of choice)
20 g cocoa powder
960 mL unsweetened almond milk
Directions:
1. Evenly divide all of your ingredients between 4 containers.
2. After all of your ingredients are added, shake each container well to combine.
3. Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning. Can be enjoyed cold or warmed.
To boost the protein content further, add an extra .5-1 scoop of protein powder! Be sure to count that into your nutrition.
