Cycle through 3 rounds before moving to next circuit.

- Hold 1 dumbbell at chest
- Feet wide
- Squat down
- While low in the sumo squat, come up to a calf raise and back down 
- Stand up

Sumo squat to calf raise

- Lay on back, knees bent, feet on the ground
- Extend weight straight up locking elbows, keep locked entire time
- Sit up and lower back down controlled

Overhead weighted sit up

- Begin with feet together
- Press hips back and lower down until knees break 90 degrees
- Push through your  heels to stand up

Narrow squat (bodyweight)

Block 1

- Begin by standing tall, bend at the waist and place hands on the floor
- Walk your hands out until your body is flat
- Perform a push up
- Walk your hands back towards your feet reversing the movement back to starting position

Inchworm to push-up

Mountain climb 1 side each, then two jacks out in, out in.
