Training Requirements
My workouts can be done from home or from the gym. You only need a small space with a few pieces of equipment. —-ALL workouts require a towel…because we’re gonna sweat…a lot. —MOST workouts require dumbbells. The pounds you’ll need with vary depending on strength level and will change as your strength improves. —FEW workouts require a band.
Accomplishments
I’m a previous gym owner with over 20 years experience in health and fitness. My greatest passion is teaching full body functional movements along with integrating personal development to help transform lives inside and out in the simplest and most realistic way possible. I help people who lack the inspiration to stay motivated and reach their goals.

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, 4Kukui can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in my app are for any level of fitness. That's the beauty of it! Plus, I'll walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely. Nothing should hold you back!
What makes Playbook different? How do I know it will work for me?
If you haven’t had success with other workout apps in the past, you may be skeptical about this one, but I'm here to tell you, my content is new, fresh, and ever-changing to keep you motivated and ready to work! I add new workouts (with interactive, explanatory videos) on a weekly basis. Plus, if you need help, I got you! You can message me directly if you have any questions, feedback, or simply want to share your success. I'd be stoked to have you join us!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout, but most of my workouts only involve a light and heavy set of dumbbells and bands. That's it! I like to keep it simple!
