I love the white room visualizations! 🥰 I first discovered them with you through meditations on Alomoves and ever since I keep my special white hall into my mind. I have discovered so many doors and possibilities with it, with my favorite being the door that leads to the garden with flowers and trees, and that big giant tree where your heart expands ❤️ Today I discovered a new, yellow door in my white hall and I will keep it into my mind for all those strange fears and emotions that sometimes crawl from deep inside, and keep me away from being full and complete, living in the moment 🙏❤️

Very very beautiful meditation 💖 just the bell in the end is too loud I had earphones in my ears and it hurt my ears and threw me all of a sudden out of my meditative state.
