Very very beautiful meditation 💖 just the bell in the end is too loud I had earphones in my ears and it hurt my ears and threw me all of a sudden out of my meditative state. Maybe next time the sound of the bell should be lower. other than that I love your meditations cause your voice is so nice and soothing💕🙏🏻

Otherwise loved this meditation but the sound came out of the instrument in the end super sharp and almost scared me to death! 😂 You might want invest in better sound equipment/mic since the mic seemed to grab the sound a little too well compared to the soft speaking voice. The contrast was a little much! 😅

Thank you, Talia. During the meditation my awareness replayed two recent encounters with people experiencing homelessness (in Berkeley, CA). I had done what everyone else was doing at the time - ignoring. Reflecting on this during the meditation, I understand and accept why that was my reaction even though I believe I can do better. With an open heart, I hope that the next time I will extend love to my fellow humans without judgment or fear. Thank you for helping to open this loving awareness.
