I appreciate your meditations so much, so it hurts me to score this. But it’s so hard to focus on meditating with loud sounds of cars in the background. It immediately awakens me from a meditative state. I know it’s a practice and maybe it shouldn’t bother me, but for people just learning to meditate, the exterior noises are very impactful. I could not complete, it was really hard for me. I do appreciate you and your meditations though, I really do.

Very very beautiful meditation 💖 just the bell in the end is too loud I had earphones in my ears and it hurt my ears and threw me all of a sudden out of my meditative state. Maybe next time the sound of the bell should be lower. other than that I love your meditations cause your voice is so nice and soothing💕🙏🏻
