Thank so much for a clear explanation to inversion. I had question in my head many times why I wanted to achieve these poses. Now it’s clear that the feeling of enjoyment on practicing these poses are that so many fears have come up and it’s not particularly because of the fear of falling but in other areas of my life. I enjoy practising them because I want to know where the fear come from and how I can still the mind while facing them … and this introduction explain greatly on fears 🤍🙏
