Start the workout with a 5:00 bike warm up. If you don’t have a bike, you can choose to row/run or any form of moving warm up. Try to elevate your heart rate to zone 3.

The duration of each movement was the perfect amount to keep a consistent, strong effort throughout. The time estimate was spot on too! I did a 400m Bike for the 200m run and finished in 19:00.
