Alternating Modified v-ups

- Raise your shoulders off the floor
- Alternately reach towards your heel engaging your obliques
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Heel tap crunches

- Holding your legs extended up
- Sit up and reach for your toes with both hands

- Lay on your back with your legs elevated 
- Point your toes forward
- Move your legs up and down rapidly
- Keep core tight and activated

- Begin in a high plank position
- Alternately tap your foot with the opposite hand
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps

Good, not doing as many but did 3 reps.  Taking it slow! ❤️. Good job
