- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

High plank hold

- Put your laces on the medicine ball
- In a high plank position 
- Roll ball in with your legs 
- Slowly roll back down

Straight Leg Roll Ups

- Elbows on exercise ball in a plank position 
- Use your elbows to roll forward 
- Keeping your back flat and your core engaged

Plank Roll Outs

- Lying on your back on the exercise hall
- Keeping your chin tucked 
- Gently lift your head and shoulders off the ball
- Slowly contracting your abdominals
- Pause briefly, lower back down
- Lower back stays in contact with the floor
