Ab exercises all done with the medicine ball

- Keeping your core tight
- Raise your knee up as high as possible toward your arm
- Crunch with medicine ball

Standing Crunches medicine ball

- With your arms extended holding the weight overhead
- Lift your shoulder blades off the floor then lower back down
- Keep your core engaged

Weighted overhead crunches

- Start off in high plank
- Ball under one hand 
- While still in high plank pass ball to opposite hand 
- Repeat

High Plank pull through

- Lean back to about 45 degrees and raise your legs off the floor
- Rotate the med ball from side to side

Med ball russian twist
