- As you bring the weight up bring your knee to your chest engage your abs

Weighted dead bugs

- Get in plank position and with opposite hand to opposite foot.

Plank to toe taps

- Modified V ups 
- Lay in hallow position and tuck your knees in and out

Knee crunches

- Lean back and out legs in between machine 
- Rotate the med ball from side to side

Med ball russian twist

- Hands directly under your shoulders
- Back is not flat, upper back slightly rounded and crunch your abs
- Keep entire body tight as you hold position for time

Plank hold
