The high intensity circuit was confusing to understand at first; how many reps to perform, in what order. The instructions said to count up by 1 rep each round, but the 2nd and 3rd exercise counted down from 10 by 1’s when you select the check mark to record the first round done. And I wish there were check mark circles to check off for every round, to help keep track of what round I’m on. The exercises only allowed me to record 1 round conplete, then it marked my entire program for today as conpleted. So I had to reopen the workout and mark everything off up to the last circuit. Then I had to keep track of my own rounds and mark them off once I fully finished all rounds.
