What is powerbuilding? It's the combination of training to get strong and look good! This 6 week gym program is designed for the intermediate/advanced lifter who wants to lift heavy while also incorporating the classic bodybuilding movements to build a well-rounded physique. This is designed exactly like how I train and you'll get to do all my favorite exercises. We'll work on the classic powerlifting movements (squat, bench, deadlift) while also doing a ton of work to build the glutes, shoulders, hamstrings, back, etc.
The workouts are designed to be done 5x/week with two rest days. I incorporate some high intensity circuits, burnouts, and cardio, but these are optional. These are for the lifter who is used to the extra volume and likes to finish with workout with a good sweat sesh. Please read the workout descriptions for recommended percentages on the main lifts. If you do not know your one rep max, then pick weights that are challenging, but still doable with good form and full range of motion.
