I nailed it ! 5 rounds is hard when i was browsing i thought to myself oh it’s the same evey week i can do this then i was like wow 5 i can’t i will do 4 but i pushed myself to 5. Amazing thank you πŸ™πŸ½ πŸ’ͺ🏽

My balance is getting better and better .. my legs and core are stronger.. everyday Im becoming more and more disciplined.. because motivation won't always be there :)
