Workout #11 - Playing Off The Catch

So much of the footwork that we use off of the dribble is identical to what we would use off of the catch. In this workout we are focusing on being more efficient by using a “Split Catch”. A split catch is used when you are reading a hard close out. Rather than catching the ball and then stepping, we are looking to have our feet split pre-catch. This will make us much more explosive on the catch.
