- Place your arms extended by your sides 
- Raise your legs as high as possible, while contracting the lower abs 
- At the top raise your hips off the ground
- come down slow and controlled

Smith machine Reverse crunches

- start in low plank position on the ball 
- keep abs contracted as you extend arms forward

Yoga ball ab rollout

- Place hands in push up position and lower shins on top of ball
- While keeping your back straight, pull your knees in to your chest
- Allowing the ball to roll forward under your ankles
- Straighten your legs, rolling the ball back to starting position
