- Raise your legs until you reach 90 degrees
- At the top of movement raise your hips as high as possible 
- slowly come down

Decline Reverse crunches

- With head positioned at a decline 
- Hold weight at your chest and curl your body up
- Come down with a controlled movement

Weighted decline crunch

rock like a rocking chair with your arms extended overhead and your legs out straight

Hallow Rock

- Reach opposite hand to opposite foot
- alternate sides 
- try to keep legs as straight as possible
