Description: Tight waist obliques

- Hanging from the bar, keeping your legs extended 
- Raise up while keeping your core tight to form an “L” with your body
- Lower legs back down
- Avoid swinging

Hanging leg raises

- using a cable handle, place foot through the handle while keeping the foot flexed to keep the handle in place
- raise both legs at the same height and keep abs engaged 
- Bring in the leg with the cable as close as possible to the chest and straighten back out to the same position. 
- keep your balance with your hands lightly grasping the edge of the bench
- perform on each leg

Single Leg Cable Crunch

- With your feet positioned shoulder width apart, reach upward with your other hand and grab the handle with both hands. Your arms should still be fully extended.
- In one motion, pull the handle down and across your body to your front knee while rotating your torso.
- Keep your back and arms straight and core tight while you pivot your back foot and bend your knees to get a full range of motion.
- Maintain your stance and straight arms. Return to the neutral position in a slow and controlled manner.

Standing Cable Wood Chop

- Lay with your arms and leg extended
- Raise legs, at the same time raising your upper body
- Reach the opposite hand for your toes
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Oblique v-up

- Raise your shoulders off the floor
- Alternately reach towards your heel engaging your obliques
- Repeating back and forth for time or reps
